It’s All About the Food (and excellent service of course, and ambiance!)
Since Resorts opened in 1978 Capriccio has been wowing guests with fine Italian dishes prepared with love. Prime steaks are not covered in heavy sauces, but rather with a dollop of butter to bring out the flavor, not mask it. Homemade pastas – rigatoni, pappardelle, spaghetti – are served in simple sauces made fresh. Veal Osso Bucco falls off the bone after being braised for up to 8 hours.
Gluten free pastas have become increasingly more important to our customers. They are offered in Capriccio with several fresh sauce options. The Chicken Parmesan is a favorite. The chicken is seared, not breaded and fried, and baked with fresh tomato sauce and mozzarella. The menu changes periodically so check out the current menu here.
