Diners, Drive-ins and Dives loves Atlantic City and has visited many times.  Not only that, but other Food Network shows have featured restaurants here and host Guy Fieri has two restaurants here.

We all know Guy Fieri and his very popular and long running “Diners, Drive-in’s and Dives” show on the Food Network.   Guy travels around the country visiting restaurants where the customers are so crazy about the food, chef’s and ambiance that they write in asking Guy to swing by in his classic Camaro!

Here’s the rundown, not in any specific order.   Oh, just a side note that several of these restaurants have been visited by Guy multiple times.  Now that says something!

  • Kelsey and Kim’s Southern Café, 201 Melrose Avenue, Atlantic City   609-350-6800.  More than just chicken & waffles, how about catfish nuggest, T-bone steak or pulled pork – – anyone?
  • Vagabond Kitchen & Tap House, 672 N. Trenton Avenue, Atlantic City   609-350-6721.   “The” place if you love burgers and beers, but that’s not all!
  • Ernest and Son Meat Market, 3305 W. Brigantine Avenue, Brigantine, NJ  609-266-1588.  Not just an old-fashioned butcher shop, check out their sandwich menu and catering/wedding offerings!
  • Oyster Creek Inn and Boat Bar, 41 Oyster Creek Road, Leeds Point, NJ  609-652-8565.  Head east on Route 30 then turn north on Route 9.  This scenic, seaside restaurant is know for their fresh seafood and picturesque view.
  • Carluccio’s Coal Fired Pizza, 1200 New Road, Northfield, NJ   609-641-4011.  Well known for their coal fired pizza’s.
  • Piccino Wood Fired Pizza, 1260 West Avenue, Ocean City, NJ  609-525-0767.  30 “fresh” pizza varieties!

  • Anchorage Tavern Restaurant, 823 Bay Avenue, Somes Point, NJ  609-926-1676.  As with many businesses in the Atlantic City area, the Anchorage has stood the test of time, serving great food and drink since 1874!
  • The Grilled Cheese and Crabcake Company, 55 West Laurel Drive, Somers Point, NJ609-601-7533 or 7544.  Their homemade soups, grilled cheese sandwiches and crabcakes are “to die for”!
  • Sam’s Rialto Bar & Grill Restaurant, 18 S. Main Street, Pleasantville, NJ  609-646-5128.  Delicious southern cuisine.
  • George’s Place Cape May, 315 Ocean Street, Cape May.  609-600-2941.  If you’re up for a drive down the coast, check out this Greek American diner, since 1968.
  • Maui’s Dog House, 806 New Jersey Avenue, Wildwood, NJ   609-846-4444.  You’ll find some very special hot dogs in this family-run business!!
  • Quahog’s Seafood Shack, 206 97th Street, Stone Harbor, NJ.  609-368-6300.   Guy tasted Pacu Ribs and Moquecas Stew when he visited Quahogs!
