THE AQUARIUM IS TEMPORARILY CLOSED for renovations but is due to open late summer/early fall of 2023.   You can call 609-348-2880 for a recorded message about the opening date.

The Atlantic City Aquarium is a must see if you’re looking for a family friendly place to visit when you’re in Atlantic City, and the price is affordable.   Kids are sponges who love living creatures and take in the world around them with amazement and wonder.  It’s beautiful to watch their awe!

They’ll be interested in the touch tank, exotic animal show and the underwater exhibits. On the 3rd floor you’ll find an observatory where you can see where you are in relation to the city, beach and boardwalk.  This is an excellent learning experience for the kids!

WILL YOU NEED ANYTHING FROM AMAZON FOR YOUR VISIT?   Maybe some essentials like sunscreen, good walking shoes, a hat to keep the sun off your head.   Maybe you or your kids are in the market for a new bathing suit, coverup or sunglasses?  Well, Amazon has all of the essentials you might need.  Check them out!

When you arrive with your kids, they can try to find:

  • Elliot the Bearded Dragon
  • Ray the Cownose Stingray
  • The Loggerhead turtle
  • Max the American Lobster
  • Bella the Columbian Red Tailed Boa
  • Blue Momma the Blue Tongue Skink
  • Terry the Sea Turtle
  • Harry the Octopus
